They completely transformed our outdated main bathroom, en suite, and cloakroom, handling everything from the design to the full strip-out and refit. The results are stunning, modern, stylish, and finished to an incredibly high standard. They also converted our old gravity-fed system to an unvented cylinder, and the difference in water pressure is amazing! "Josh, Ryan & Ben are an absolute great bunch of lads! Nothing was ever too much trouble. After having some awful bathroom work done, these guys came to the rescue, quickly figured out the problem and sorted it straight away. I thought it would take 5 days, but they smashed it in just 2, so happy with that! They're honest, reliable and trustworthy, and even helped out with extra little bits without hesitation. "I had two toilets in the house that were running a little water after flushing, tried to replace the seals myself but this was not the problem, so called in someone who knew what they were doing! Tiling and shower fitting
"Josh and Ryan did a great job of taking out my shower unit, taking the tiles out of my bathroom, replacing the plasterboard, retiling, replacing my shower unit and fitting a new waterfall shower. They worked quickly but to a high standard, and consulted me throughout. I felt really comfortable with them in my home whilst completing the work. I'd definitely highly recommend them."

"I wanted to replace our cloakroom sink and hide the external pipework running down the walls. The guys were excellent and suggested a different basin unit than the one I was originally thinking of. They then sourced the vanity unit for me. All the work was completed within a week of me requesting a quote. They were extremely neat and their communication was excellent. "I called them out this morning about 09:30 because my shower had stopped working, I spoke with Ryan a really nice man he was so helpful told me he would be with me between 12 and 1. As promised both arrived at 12:30 looked the job over discussed what needed to be done and gave me a quote. By 2:30 they had taken the old shower out been and got a new one and fitted it perfectly, the workmanship is just amazing so professional left the bathroom clean and tidy, went through how the new shower works definitely 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend to anyone that requires plumbing try them first."

"My Mother needed a plumber to resolve an issue with the pump for her shower. I live out of the area so I looked at Checkatrade and found Ryan and Josh. They carried out the work on Tuesday 17th October. My Mother was absolutely delighted with Ryan and Josh, they were extremely respectful of my Mother's home, were incredibly clean and tidy, in fact my Mother said she's never had a tradesperson in her home who were as clean and tidy as Ryan and Josh! The new pump was quickly fitted, tested and I was given an explanation of the variable speed option (which wasn't a feature on the old pump). "It was a pleasure dealing with J&R Flex and refreshingly easy! Communication was on point, good price for the job and arrived punctually. Really personable and easy to get on with when arrived at our house, got on with the job and cleaned the area that he worked in to a much higher standard then when he arrived! I hired J&R Flex as I had a look through the pictures of work and thought it looked like they completed a wide range of plumbing work to a high standard and mine should be a quick and easy job. I was correct, shower replaced quickly and I would definitely recommend them."

"Josh did a fantastic job. He had to completely rip out my whole bathroom, replace the bath with a double shower enclosure. Take up the floor to re-work all pipe work as I wanted the sink in a different location. Work was carried out within a decent time frame, reasonably priced and just an all over great service."
